Kristin Adrian is a General Counsel/CCO at American Realty Advisors since August 2006, with previous experience as the General Counsel at Nestle USA from 1990 to 2005 and a partner at Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon from 1980 to 1990. Kristin holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and a BS in Art History from UC Irvine. Kristin's responsibilities include overseeing SEC and ERISA compliance, Investment Advisers Act compliance, corporate matters, general litigation, fund offerings, and more.
