Kevin Wise has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry, currently serving as Director of Data Center Development & Construction at American Real Estate Partners (AREP). Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Digital Realty as a Senior Project Manager and at Newbury Design Associates, Inc as a Project Captain. Throughout their career, Kevin has been responsible for the development and completion of project drawings and documentation, as well as communicating project information with various stakeholders. Kevin obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
