Lay Chou is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in computer support. Currently serving as a Senior Computer Support Specialist at the American Public Transportation Association since October 2013, Lay Chou previously held the role of Computer Support Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as a Desktop Support IT Intern at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants from June 2013 to October 2013. Lay Chou holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Frostburg State University and is a graduate of the Cisco Networking Academy, where a CCNA certification was earned between 2004 and 2008.
