John Radford serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership, Inc. since April 2023. Alongside this role, John contributes to the Idaho Department of Commerce as a member of the Economic Advisory Council, providing insights on tax credits and incentive packages. John has been a Technical Account Manager at Accendero Software, Inc. since September 2021 and an Adjunct Faculty member at Brigham Young University - Idaho since January 2018. Additionally, John is involved with the American Public Power Association's Policy Makers Council and has been a City Council member for the City of Idaho Falls since January 2016. Formerly, John held various positions at Barnes & Noble, Inc., including General Manager, where responsibilities included managing large teams and directing sales efforts. John Radford holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Idaho State University, as well as a Political Science degree from the same institution.
