Katy Haynes Owen, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Psychologist at the Federal Bureau of Prisons since March 2018, where responsibilities include administering a comprehensive mental health program for a facility housing 4,000 incarcerated individuals and overseeing a team of psychologists.
