Norma O'Connor is a seasoned professional in human resources and finance with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Department Vice President of Human Resources at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association since January 2019, Norma O'Connor has also held roles such as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and DC Operations, and Director of Special Projects. Prior to this, Norma O'Connor worked at the American Insurance Association for over three decades, where the role of Director of Finance and Administration was held.
