Brett Hegarty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brett started their career as a Purchasing Manager at the American Pop Corn Company, where they were responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, and overseeing raw materials purchasing and inventory management.

Brett then transitioned to the Defense Logistics Agency, where they held various roles. Brett served as a Senior Enlisted Leader at the DLA Distribution HQ Reserves and at the DLA DOT San Joaquin. In these positions, they provided leadership and support in logistics operations.

Prior to their work at the Defense Logistics Agency, Brett served in the US Navy. Their roles included Port Liaison, Logistics support, and Embedded Training Team Mentor. During their time in the Navy, they gained valuable experience in logistics and mentorship.

In 2013, Brett joined the Defense Finance and Accounting Service as a Master Chief Logistics Specialist, further expanding their expertise in this field.

Overall, Brett has a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and leadership, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.
