Alicia Redden is a skilled Project Manager and Business Analyst with extensive experience in managing development projects. Since October 2016, Alicia has been with the American Poolplayers Association, focusing on planning and managing projects while collaborating with operations to gather functional requirements and innovate using technology. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Business Analyst at MTM, Inc. from March 2014 to October 2016, where responsibilities included interfacing with business stakeholders and leading project estimates and roadmaps. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
