Erin M. started their work experience in 2015 as an NSF Post-doctoral Research Associate at the University of Maryland. Erin worked on an NSF INSPIRE project, focusing on conceptualizing political grievance in unstructured data from social media and its relation to political instability. In 2019, Erin joined the American Political Science Association, first as a Research Manager and later as a Research Director.
