Karen Anderson is a skilled Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Information and Referral Coordinator for the State of Nebraska at the American Parkinson Disease Association since July 2012, Karen provides education, support, and resources to individuals affected by Parkinson Disease. This role includes coordinating support groups, organizing professional and patient/family education events, and developing patient education materials to enhance care and management strategies for Parkinson Disease. Previously held the position of Information and Referral Coordinator at the same organization in 2012. Karen earned a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completing the program between 1977 and 1982.
