Ginger Chapman has extensive experience in transactional analysis, margin analysis, and product support, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Transactional Analyst at American Paper & Twine since March 2010, responsibilities include bidding on new business opportunities and reviewing existing business for cost savings. Prior to this role, Ginger worked as a Margin Analyst at Corporate Express (a Staples Company) from December 1996 to December 2008, and as a Product Support Representative at Parts Incorporated from September 1989 to November 1996. In the latter position, Ginger provided hardware and software support for approximately 500 customers, instructed new customer classes, and oversaw the implementation of hardware and software at customer locations. Earlier experience also includes serving as a Product Line Buyer/Supervisor of Data Entry, managing inventory for 15 automotive aftermarket distribution centers, ensuring a 98.5% service level, developing executive reports, supervising data entry staff, and handling hardware and software installation and support.
