Mark Shearing is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and integration, currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect at American Modern Insurance Group since October 2018. Prior to this role, Mark worked at LexisNexis from November 2010 to October 2018, where responsibilities included leading global product migrations and establishing RPA solutions. Previous positions include Technical Consultant and Senior Analyst at Convergys, focused on PeopleSoft Financials, as well as Lead Software Engineer at ADI Limited, where Mark led a team in developing a telecommunications system for the Royal Australian Air Force. Mark began a career in systems development at Australian Scenic Tours, focusing on Windows-based travel booking systems. Mark holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Newcastle.
