Aaron Price has held various roles throughout their career. Aaron currently serves as the Director of Education Programs at the American Meteorological Society since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Research and Education Strategy at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago from August 2022 to May 2023. Aaron has also worked as the Director of Research and Evaluation and Manager of Evaluation & Research at the same institution from 2012 to 2022. In addition, they have served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago from August 2017 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked at the American Association of Variable Star Observers as an Assistant Director and Technical Assistant from 2010 to 2012 and 1998 to 2010, respectively. Aaron also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tufts University from 2009 to 2010 and as an Instructor at the Osher Life Long Learning Institute - Tufts University from 2005 to 2008. At the beginning of their career, Aaron was a Webmaster at UltraNet/RCN from 1995 to 1998.
Aaron Price earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Astronomy from Swinburne University of Technology from 2000 to 2003. Aaron then pursued a Ph.D. in Science Education at Tufts University from 2006 to 2011. Furthermore, in 1993 to 1996, they attended the University of North Texas, although information regarding their degree and field of study at that time is unavailable.
