Mr. Schellhardt has served as President of AMS since 2006. In addition to his role as President, he serves as the General Manager of the Maryland office. Prior to 2006 Mr. Schellhardt served as CFO of AMS for 10 years. Mr. Schellhardt has been in the HVAC industry for over 27 years. He worked at Boland Trane for 10 years and at EMD Mechanical prior to joining the AMS management team with Mr. Dunn in 1996. Mr. Schellhardt received his BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Delaware State University. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time and spending time with his family.
