Ben Sterling began their career at Johnson Controls in 2004 as a Project Engineer in Field Service, where they worked until 2015. Ben then joined American Mechanical Services as the President of Industrial Services in 2015, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive chiller maintenance programs and commissioning large-scale cooling systems.

Ben Sterling attended UA Mechanical Trades School from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a trade degree in HVACR.
