Christine Hoober currently serves as the Manager for the American Massage Therapy Association, overseeing the State Government Relations Program and managing strategies, goals, and metrics for all 50 states. Previously, Christine held roles in government relations for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards and worked as a Litigation Coordinator at Maloney O'Laughlin, where responsibilities included client triage and courtroom preparations. Experience also includes serving as President of the ASUM at UMKC, advocating for student interests at the Missouri State Capitol, and as an ASUM Lobbyist, successfully securing sponsors for legislation. Christine holds a Political Science degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has been recognized as a Sue Shear Leadership Fellow.
