Caitlin Markoya has extensive experience in the field of customer service and management, currently serving as a Hiring Manager at American Marketing & Publishing, LLC since May 2014. Prior to this role, Caitlin spent six years as a Student Services Advisor at Career Education Corporation, where responsibilities included guiding students toward successful degree completion through personalized communication and resource provision. Earlier experience as a Sales Representative at Estée Lauder involved assisting customers in selecting products and exceeding sales goals through exceptional service and upselling techniques. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with double minors in Sociology and Women Studies from Western Illinois University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
