Jalexis Teemer is an experienced People Operations Specialist at the American Marketing Association since August 2022. Previously, Jalexis served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Printpack from August 2017 to October 2021, overseeing general HR support for over 200 employees and demonstrating proficiency in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, and safety. As a Human Resources Intern, Jalexis managed confidential information for more than 500 individuals, conducted assessments, and established interview protocols that enhanced the quality of applicants. Jalexis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Agnes Scott College, earned in 2017.
