Benjamin Day is a seasoned performance lead currently with American Magic, contributing to the preparation of sailors for the 37th America's Cup since October 2022. As the founder and CEO of DaybyDay Coaching, established in January 2008, Benjamin specializes in coaching endurance athletes. Prior experience includes serving as a high-performance coach for GreenEDGE Cycling from October 2018 to October 2022 and competing as a professional cyclist with the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team from January 2012 to December 2014. Benjamin completed high school education at Brisbane State High School and has attended Griffith University.
