Alejo Draper Noguera is a seasoned lawyer specializing in Corporate, M&A, and Private Funds at PwC since May 2022. In addition to working at PwC, Alejo is a member of YEC Spain, a non-profit organization focused on enhancing entrepreneurial knowledge among youth, since April 2018. Alejo is currently providing legal support as part of a secondment to American Magic for the 37th America's Cup. Previous experience includes serving as an attorney at Mazars España, handling legal matters and company incorporations, and a junior financial controller role at Zambon. Alejo holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universitat de Barcelona and is a member of the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona. Additional education includes studies at Université catholique de Louvain and IESE Business School.
