Matthew Knowles has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Matthew started their career as an Imagery Analyst in the US Army from April 2000 to April 2004. Matthew then worked as an Operations Manager at Universal Services of America from February 2005 to February 2009. From February 2009 to January 2019, they held the position of Director - Dispatch Operations East at ALC - Innovative Transportation Solutions. Matthew then joined American Logistics in January 2019 as the Director of Account Management and later became the Vice President of Account Management in January 2022.

Matthew Knowles attended Santiago Canyon College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
