Kali Roberts is an experienced Human Resource Information Systems Manager at American Licorice Company since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing HR projects, coaching managers to enhance employee relations, and improving retention. Previously, Kali held multiple roles at Four Winds Casinos from May 2015 to April 2021, progressing from HRIS Clerk to HRIS Specialist, and becoming proficient in enhancing HRIS efficiency and processing compliance reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Technician at E. & J. Gallo Winery and contributing to training initiatives. Kali holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University.
