Billy Merriner is the CEO of Shiny Side Up, Inc. Billy has extensive experience in the aviation industry, serving as a Professional Simulator Instructor at Envoy Air, Captain Citation CJ-3 at American Jet International, Boeing 767 Simulator Instructor at Pan Am International Flight Academy, and Simulator Instructor at Amerijet. Billy also held the positions of Chief Pilot/Director of Operations at McAlister Investments and Pilot at CitationShares. Billy obtained their education from San Diego City College.
