Tony Silva is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Since March 2014, Tony has served as Sales Manager at American International Foods, Inc., focusing on the development and growth of the sales team while also managing a wide range of industries involving food grade ingredients. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Operations Manager at Granite City Food & Brewery, where responsibilities included the successful opening of a new restaurant, training and developing a large staff, and tracking financial trends to enhance profit and loss performance. Earlier in the career, Tony also worked as Assistant General Manager at FlameStone American Grill, overseeing front-of-house operations and contributing to financial management. Education includes a degree from Michigan State University, and a diploma from Houghton Lake High School.
