Taletha Derrington, Ph.D. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Taletha worked as a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research since February 2017. Prior to that, they owned Derrington Early Childhood Research and Policy Consulting, where they provided consulting services for research, program improvement, and policy analysis in public health, early childhood care and education, and child welfare. Taletha also worked as an Early Childhood Researcher and Technical Assistance Specialist at SRI International from December 2012 to September 2016.

Taletha Derrington, Ph.D. has a strong educational background. Taletha earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Caltech in 1993.
