Molly Fenster

Molly Fenster has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Molly started their career as a Research Associate at Advisory Board in 1997. Molly then joined American Institutes for Research (AIR) in 1998, where they held multiple research roles including Research Assistant, Research Associate, and Research Analyst. Molly later worked as a Learning Specialist at Sidwell Friends School from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) as an English Second Language Teacher. Molly returned to AIR in 2007 as a Research Analyst, and in 2009, they progressed to the role of Senior Researcher. Molly has been associated with AIR in this position till the present. Additionally, they worked as a contractor to AIR at Macrosys Research & Technology as a Research Analyst from 2007 to 2009. Molly's expertise lies in research and analysis, with a focus on education and language teaching.

Molly Fenster has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Government from Hamilton College, where they graduated Cum Laude. Molly also holds a Master of Education and Human Development degree from The George Washington University, specializing in Certification in English as a Second or Foreign Language and English Literature.

In addition to their formal education, Molly has obtained certifications in "Building Connection and Engagement in Virtual Teams" from LinkedIn in November 2022 and "Becoming a Thought Leader" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
