Melissa Yisak has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Melissa has been working at the American Institutes for Research since 2014, initially as a Youth Program Intern and later progressing to the positions of Research Associate, Researcher, and currently as a Senior Researcher. Prior to that, they worked at NORC at the University of Chicago as a Survey Specialist I and Research Analyst. Melissa also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and as a Student Assistant to the Associate Director at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Melissa volunteered as a Volunteer Teacher at WorldTeach and as a Youth Program Intern at RefugeeOne.
Melissa Yisak obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame between 2006 and 2010. Later on, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International and Comparative Education at Stanford University from 2010 to 2011.
