Eliza Laible has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Counselor at The Aloha Foundation, where they were responsible for creating schedules, facilitating activities, and supervising campers. In 2018, they served as an ESOL Intern at the International Institute of New England, providing coaching and support to clients, organizing paperwork, and managing the front desk. In the same year, they also worked as an Off Campus Study Peer Advisor at Colgate University, advising students on studying abroad options and promoting off-campus study through website design and information sessions. Most recently, Eliza has been working at the American Institutes for Research since 2019, initially as a Research Assistant and currently as a Research Associate.
Eliza Laible completed their Bachelor's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, as well as Education, from Colgate University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Hong Kong International School from 2007 to 2015 to complete their high school education. In 2017, Eliza began studying the Politics of Deeply Divided Societies at Queen's University Belfast, but it is unclear whether they completed the degree or if they are still pursuing it.
