Dave Solomon has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as an Arranger and Orchestrator at American Idol Productions since January 2011. As the Owner, Arranger, and Performer at SkySolo Music since 1993, Dave performs in a variety of styles including popular music, jazz, rock, reggae, and classical. Prior to these roles, Dave worked as a Guitarist with General Gigs from 1990 to 2011 and has a diverse background as a Freelance musician and composer from 1980 to 2011, playing guitar, bass, and providing vocals and sound reinforcement. Educationally, Dave holds a degree in Studio Music and Jazz from the University of Miami, attended from 1990 to 1993, and is a graduate of Far Rockaway High School.
