Melad excels in coordinating staff training, managing medical records administration, and ensuring excellent customer service. Melad also has a background in calibration and validation of medical equipment, showcasing their versatile skillset in both technical and administrative roles. Most recently, Melad completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence in Health Care from MIT Sloan School of Management to further enhance their expertise in health care administration.
