Matt Sacca has a diverse work experience in the film industry, starting in 2017 with American High as a Development Intern. Matt then advanced to positions such as Development Assistant and Development Executive at the same company. In 2018, they worked as a Production Intern on the film "Sid is Dead" and as a Location Scout for "The Swimsuit Issue." The following year, Matt worked as a Development Assistant on "Big Time Adolescence," which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. In 2019 and 2020, they took on various roles such as Location Assistant and Set PA on different film projects. In 2020, they expanded their experience by serving as an Accounting/Payroll Clerk for both "On the Count of Three" and "Plan B." Matt's most recent position is as the Head of Development at American High since July 2021.
Matt Sacca attended Kingsway Regional High School from 2012 to 2015 and obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Syracuse University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a major in Television, Radio, and Film.
