Roshele (Shelly) Parker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at the American Heart Association since May 2012, Roshele leads vendor relationships to ensure the currency of support and products, while also overseeing hardware and software maintenance for an Oracle Solaris 10 environment. Prior to this role, Roshele worked at AT&T from August 2000 to April 2012 as a Senior UNIX Admin, providing 24x7 support for over 2,000 Solaris servers and leading significant projects such as the Decommission Server project. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior UNIX Admin at TEKsystems, where Roshele handled various administrative tasks, and as Helpdesk Lead Support at PageNet, focusing on training and escalation management.
