Charlynn Diapo has over 14 years of work experience, primarily in accounting and finance roles. Charlynn started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in 2002 and worked there for three years. In 2005, they joined City National Bank as a Senior Financial Accountant and worked there for three years. Charlynn then moved to Grubb and Ellis in 2008 and served as the REIT-Controller for two years. In 2010, Charlynn joined DEXUS Property Group as a Vice President - Controller US, where they oversaw the accounting, reporting, tax, and REIT compliance of a $1.3 billion industrial real estate portfolio. After three years at DEXUS, they joined American Healthcare Investors as a Vice President of Accounting & Finance in 2013 and was later promoted to Senior Vice President in 2016.

Charlynn Diapo attended UCLA from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics/Applied Science with a minor in Accounting.
