Athena Marroquin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, administrative support, and office management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at American Health Marketplace since February 2022, Athena oversees quality assurance audits and engages in special projects, including the development of standard operating procedures and training new hires. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Auditor, Specimen Processor, Administrative Assistant, and various temporary office positions, showcasing a strong proficiency in data entry, documentation, and operational workflow management.
