Larry Gusto has extensive experience in the field of health information technology, currently serving as CEO of American Health IT since January 2004, where the focus is on consulting and support services related to ambulatory EMR, electronic prescribing, and clinical reporting, among other areas. Prior to this role, Larry was President and CEO of Silicon Summit Technologies from 1988 to 2003, and held various consultant positions, including Card Payment Systems Consultant at Visa and Capital Markets Consultant at Charles Schwab. Larry began professional career as a Sales Automation Specialist at United Airlines from 1984 to 1988. Academic credentials include a BBA in Economics from the University of Mississippi, graduate studies in Economics at the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration, and further education at Harvard Business School in 2007.
