Tom Kolda possesses extensive experience in analytics, forecasting, and inventory management within the retail sector. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Analytics at American Greetings since September 2009, Tom has held multiple roles including Channel Manager for Business Intelligence and Director of Seasonal Card Forecasting and Demand Planning. Prior to American Greetings, Tom spent time at Carlton Cards Retail, Inc. as Director of Inventory Management and held various positions at Sterling Jewelers, Inc., contributing as Director of Merchandise Planning and Merchandise Planner. Tom began the career at Elder-Beerman Stores Corp as an Assistant Buyer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
