Rick Hall has over two decades of experience in product development and management, primarily at American Greetings since August 2000. Key roles include General Manager of Omnichannel Business, Executive Director of Customer Solutions for Seasonal Cards & Creative Products, and various senior director and management positions focusing on ecommerce and creative products. Prior to American Greetings, Rick served as Product Department Manager at Vincent Lighting from 1995 to 2000. Educationally, Rick holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Miami University.
