Michelle Flanik has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic leadership and operational management. Michelle is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at American Greetings, where they collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and programs for talent attraction, development, and retention. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions at American Greetings as the Executive Director of Human Resources and the Director of Organizational Development, where they gained comprehensive experience in areas such as organization design, talent development, change management, and performance management. Michelle also has experience outside of American Greetings, including roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Baldwin-Wallace College, an Assistant Director/HR Consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP, and a board member at Cleveland SHRM. Michelle Flanik holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Baldwin Wallace University. Michelle also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the same institution. In addition, Michelle Flanik is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach, having completed their certification at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
