Dana Campbell has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Store Manager and Human Resources at American Girl since July 2014. Responsibilities include achieving store financial goals, fostering community partnerships, and facilitating employee training and development. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Gap Inc./Old Navy, where Dana coached staff and promoted talent growth, and as District Manager at Books A Million. Dana also held the position of Operations Manager at Lord & Taylor from 1993 to 2000. Educational background includes attendance at Stephens College.
