Danielle Boyce is the Owner and General Manager at American Flatbread, Middlebury Hearth, a position held since March 2011 after five years as a manager at American Flatbread, Middlebury from 2006 to 2011. Danielle transitioned from manager to owner by purchasing the restaurant to operate as a franchise. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from North Carolina State University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
