Tony Rother currently serves as the Data & AI Governance Director and previously held the position of Data Science Director at American Family Insurance since January 2021. From February 2008 to December 2020, Tony Rother was with audience.ai (Networked Insights), where roles included VP of Data Strategy, Director of Data Management, and Director of Client Services. Prior experience includes a consulting role at PA Consulting Group from December 2002 to February 2008 and leadership positions at Madison Drum & Bugle Corps Association from November 1996 to November 2002, including Director of Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps. Tony Rother's educational background includes a B.S.Ed. in Education from Missouri State University, completed in 1997, following high school education at Adrian High School from 1988 to 1992.
