Colin Maitland has extensive experience in technology solution delivery, having worked at American Family Insurance since May 1997, where roles have included Technology Solution Delivery Manager and Application Technology Systems Senior Specialist, following a 16.5-year tenure as a contractor. Prior to this, Colin was the Director of I/S at The Performance Group from May 1997 to September 2013 and served as a Software Development Consultant for Air Canada, focusing on the Aeroplan loyalty program from 1992 to 1997. Colin holds a College Degree in Computer Science from Dawson College (1980-1983) and a degree from McGill University (1987-1992).
