Shiv Varanasi is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at American Express since May 2016, Shiv has developed a strong background in data management and analytics. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Engineer at Time Warner Cable from January 2015 to April 2016 and a position as a Software Engineer at the Medical College of Wisconsin from May 2011 to December 2014. Shiv holds a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in March 2023, a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Andhra University.
