Jessi Farmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various educational and corporate settings. Currently serving as the Director of US SME Learning and Development at American Express, Jessi has conceptualized and implemented key training programs and managed teams for skill development. Concurrently, Jessi holds adjunct professor positions at both Purdue University Global and Arizona Christian University, where mentoring and enhancing student engagement are prioritized. Previous roles include leading projects to evaluate training ROI at American Express and establishing a comprehensive training curriculum at DBSI-Inc.
