Jim Sams is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in customer experience, operations, and client service across various organizations. Currently serving as the SVP of Customer Experience and Operations at 1010data since April 2021, Jim previously operated as the owner of Strategic Account Management Solutions LLC and provided pro bono career transition coaching through Sams Business Consulting, LLC. Noteworthy prior roles at IRI included serving as SVP for Client Service, Operations, and IT Services, where Jim was instrumental in enhancing client relationships and operational processes for major accounts such as Altria and PepsiCo. Jim has a robust educational background from Indiana University Bloomington and Waldorf University.
