Iraida Lopez-Hensley has extensive experience in leadership roles within American Express, where tenure spans from October 2009 to the present, including positions such as Director of Learning Innovation, Director of Global Learning & Talent Strategy, and Director of Strategy & Client Management. Prior to American Express, Iraida held roles as Executive Assistant for Médecins Sans Frontières in both the UK and Ireland, as well as in Madrid, and worked as an Office Administrator at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo. Iraida's educational achievements include a Postgraduate Degree in Management of Training and Development and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat de Barcelona, as well as a University Degree in Business and Management from Universidad Nueva Esparta.
