Curt Hemmingson has a strong background in operations management. Curt held the role of Operations Manager 3 at Wells Fargo Bank from 1993 to 2007, where they managed multiple shifts and oversaw statements processing, print, couriers, mail, and distribution for five states. From 2007 to 2010, they continued their operations management career at Wells Fargo Financial as Operations Manager 3, overseeing statement processing, print, and special mailings. In 2010, they joined Altus Consulting LLC as a Manager, a position they held until 2013. Since 2013, Curt has been part of American Equity, initially serving as the New Business Manager and later as the Shared Services Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Customer Excellence Manager.

Curt Hemmingson obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Pre-Law Studies from Des Moines Area Community College from 1981 to 1983. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communications at Iowa State University from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, in November 1991, Curt obtained a certification in LOMA.
