Joyce Dawson has extensive experience in human resources and office administration, currently serving as HR Director at American Engineering since January 2014. Prior to this role, Joyce held the position of Office Administrator at ARCADIS from 2004 to March 2013, and at MACTEC from 1999 to 2004.
