Phillip Boucher has over two decades of experience in the electrical testing industry. Currently serving as the Commissioning Project Manager at American Electrical Testing since May 2011, Phillip previously held the position of Assistant Commissioning Project Manager for the GSRP division. Prior to this role, Phillip worked as a Field Engineer at AETCo from June 2001 to August 2011, contributing to various projects and gaining extensive expertise in the field.
