Ryan McEleney currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at American Eagle Financial Credit Union, a role undertaken since August 2021, where responsibilities include the development and enhancement of organizational culture and leadership of combined teams in People, Business Intelligence, and Process Excellence. Prior to this, Ryan held various leadership positions at Webster Bank from 2002 to 2021, culminating in the role of Chief People Officer. Additional roles at Webster Bank included SVP, Director of HR Analytics & Technology, where oversight covered people analytics, HR technology, and HR operations, among other areas. Ryan's extensive career also includes roles such as VP, Incentive Compensation Manager, VP, Senior HR Business Partner, and various training and retail banking positions. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut.
